Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping – For orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all seals and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- False Lashes (for hygiene reasons)
- Lip Balm (for hygiene reasons)
- Face Masks (if opened or used, for safety reasons)
- Cleansers & Exfoliators (if opened or used)
- Gifts & Sets (if any item from the set has been opened or used)
All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition with safety seals intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number and date
- Product details (name, shade/color if applicable)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preference: refund or exchange
Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back until you receive this authorization.
Please include in your return package:
- The item in its original packaging
- All original tags and labels
- The original packing slip or invoice
- Your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Shipping Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Timeline
Once we receive your returned item:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days to inspect the returned item
- Refund Issuance: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
- Total Time: Typically 8-15 business days from when we receive your return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded directly to your card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different shade or product of equal value. If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference. For less expensive exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.
For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item if the exchange is for the same reason.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
